Small things at Amazon
summary
Patches, a truck guide, a pamphlet, and a map: the small pieces that kept Amazon's delivery brands running.

Not everything I made at Amazon's Creative Garage was a campaign.
A lot of it was small, practical, and needed by Friday: something a driver, a delivery partner, or a salesperson would actually hold in their hands. These are a few favorites.
Patches for Accelerate 2024
Amazon Freight needed swag for its booth at Accelerate 2024, so I designed a set of patches: "Haul Star," "Fueled by customer delight," and "Shipping smiles." Visitors got a business-card-sized coupon to redeem for their item after stopping by.

A guide for a new truck
When delivery partners got a new truck, they needed to know exactly when it wasn't safe to drive. I turned the rules into a 13-point roadworthiness guide: one photo of the truck, numbered callouts, and plain-language checks grouped by area, from mirrors and tires to lights and brakes.

A clearer pamphlet
Amazon's large-item delivery and in-home services left a pamphlet with every customer, explaining what the delivery team would and wouldn't do. I reordered the services so the simplest came first, made each option easier to scan, and drew a new set of icons to match.

Inside: the service options and new icons.

A map for the UK
For Amazon Shipping in the UK, I made a coverage map that showed where it delivers and where its sort centers are, simple enough for a pitch deck and clean enough for the web.
